LANGHORNE, PA (September 9, 2023) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Volleyball team opened their 2023-2024 season with a 3-0 loss to host Cairn University and a 3-0 loss to Centernary University in the Cairn University Tri-Match Saturday afternoon.
In the opening match against Cairn, Lehigh Valley lost with scores of 25-16, 25-9, 25-16. Nat Wenly lead the way with 8 kills in that game. In their next match against Centenary, the scores were 25-14, 25-16 and 25-14. Nat Wenly, Erykah Carter and Tatum Friend all contributed 3 kills each.
Lehigh Valley will open PSUAC play when they travel to PSU Schuylkill on Tuesday for a 6 PM match.
