Bio
Weber is known for building volleyball programs in the Lehigh Valley, including directing the SportsFest tournament, launching Club Precision (a USA Volleyball club) and running area open plays / lessons for fifteen years.
As a Collegiate coach Weber brings eight years of collegiate coaching experience, he rebuilt the Lackawanna, Lamar CC, Lehigh CCC and Salem International University teams.
Weber brought LCCC to their first conference playoff appearance in a decade. He recovered Lackawanna from a three year winless streak to a playoff appearance in two years. At Lamar he rebooted their program, recruited a completely new team and won their home tournament for the first time in school history. At Salem University he restarted their NCAA D II program after a eight years hiatus, recruiting a new team and winning matches with freshmen vs developed teams.
In addition to his coaching duties Weber also served as a Psychology professor and as a therapist, specializing in Trauma and Adolescent Therapy.
As an indoor player, Weber had the luxury of playing all positions at LCCC and Kutztown University. With LCCC he holds two EPCC championships, one as captain. He has attended USA Volleyball Nationals with the PA and IA teams and has recently competed at Senior Nationals.

For fifteen years Weber held the Open / Pro ranking in doubles volleyball, winning over a hundred tournaments on the East Coast. He also won State games championships for both PA and CO.

Weber, lives in Milford with his wife, Cecilia, daughter, Makenzie and son Christopher.
"We are excited to welcome Chris to PSULV and have him lead our women's volleyball program," interim director of athletics Sarah Hendricks said.
