Women's Basketball Blows Past PSU Scranton, 106-48

SCRANTON, PA (January 15, 2018) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team shot 58% from the field and had four players in double figures to cruise to a 106-48 win over PSUAC opponent PSU Scranton Monday night in Scranton. With the win, the team improves to 7-5 overall and 4-1 in conference play.  

Senior Andrea Watkins poured in 23 points including shooting 8 for 8 from the charity line. Senior Hannah Bankes added 22 points, shooting 4 for 12 from beyond the arc. Sophomore Ebony Sanders had a monster double-double scoring 20 points and collecting 12 rebounds. Sophomore Alexis Schratt scored 15 points coming off the bench shooting a perfect 7 for 7 from the field. 

Lehigh Valley will finally be home this weekend when they host PSU Greater Allegheny on Friday at Cedar Cest College at 6 PM and PSU Beaver on Saturday at 1 PM at Cedar Crest College.
