SCHNECKSVILLE, PA (Nov. 21, 2015) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team improves to 2-2 on the season with a win over host Lehigh Carbon Community College, 73-36, Saturday afternoon.  

Lehigh Valley jumped out to a 22-13 first quarter lead and carried the momentum into halftime leading 40-21.  The second half proved to be the same as the Lions led by as many as 33 after the 3rd quarter before gaining the 73-36 victory.

Five Lehigh Valley players scored in double figures, leading the way for the Lions was freshman Llaci Henry with a game high 18 pooints.  Junior Ashley Gordon shot over 50% from the field scoring 15 points.  Freshman Lizzy Leiby chipped in with 14 points and sophomore Andrea Watkins contributed 11 points.  Sophomore Nicole Amann came off the bench to knock in 10 points. Freshman Gia Erie and sophomore Kereece Seuren recorded 10 rebounds a piece.  

Lehigh Valley will travel to College of New Rochelle on Tuesday, Nov. 24 to take on Berkeley College (NY) at 6 PM.
