ALLENTOWN, PA (September 23, 2023) - Despite a very rainy and cold Saturday afternoon, the Penn State Lehigh Valley Soccer team won their 6th straigth game with a 3-0 win over visiting PSUAC opponent Penn State Greater Allegheny at Salisbury High School Turf Field.
Lehigh Valley got scoring from 3 different players. Jack Cupitt hit a solo shot to start the 1st half scoring. Freddy Issa followed with a goal of his own assisted by Amani Chinapoo-Zulli to give Lehigh Valley a 2-0 lead going into the half. Gio Gines nailed one home by a Jerod Younes assist in the 2nd half. Michael Meyers had 3 saves for the shutout.
Lehigh Valley will have quick turn around as they host Penn State Beaver tomorrow at Noon at Salisbury High School.
