CHEYNEY, PA (January 11, 2023) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Basketball team fell in a 61-58 at a heartbreaking buzzer beater to host Cheyney University, 61-58. With the game tied up at 58-58 and 3.2 seconds left in the game, the Nittany Lions had a chance to get a shot off instead a PSULV turnover lead to a deflection into the hands of a Cheyney player who threw the ball at the rim near half court ended up being the game winner to this wild game. 

Ki Barnes led the Lions with 19 points. Yoshi Kendrick and Jalyn Williams each added 10 points. This was Lehigh Valley's final non-conference game before heading into PSUAC play starting this Saturday at Penn State Shenango at 6 PM.
