Men's Basketball Drops PSUAC Opener at PSU Hazleton, 70-67

HAZLETON, PA (Nov. 28, 2017) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley men's basketball team 2nd half comeback was not enough to overcome PSU Hazleton's lead in the PSUAC opener Tuesday night in Hazleton.

Lehigh Valley trailed 47-36 at halftime but made a resillent comeback to cut the deficit to 3 points in the 2nd half but time ran out. Lehigh Valley drops to 1-4 on the season and 0-1 in PSUAC play.  Junior Jeremiah Jenkins and senior Jonathan Buie led Lehigh Valley with 13 points a piece. Junior James Middleton chipped in with 11 points.

Lehigh Valley will face PSUAC opponent PSU York this Friday at 8 PM at Cedar Crest College and PSU Brandywine this Saturday at 3 PM at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
