Men's Basketball Falls to Penn State Hazleton in PSUAC Action, 76-67

ALLENTOWN, PA (Nov. 29, 2016) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Basketball team shot 19-34 from the foul line which proved to be the difference in their first PSUAC game of the season losing to visiting PSU Hazleton, 76-67, Tuesday evening at Cedar Crest College.

In a close conference match-up from the tip, Hazleton would have the slight advantage at hafltime leading 37-32. Lehigh Valley would make a run in the 2nd half but Hazleton would answer at the foul line shooting 27-33 for 81%. 

Four players were in double figures for Lehigh Valley led by Jordan Young with 12 points. Jonathan Buie recorded a double double with 10 points and 11 rebounds. AJ Molettiere and Othniel Nyamekye both chipped in with 10 points.

Lehigh Valley will continue conference play this weekend when they travel to PSU York on Friday night and PSU Brandywine on Saturday afternoon.
