CENTER VALLEY, PA (Oct. 23, 2019) - The #4 seed Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Soccer team advanced to the PSUAC Semi-finals in the 1st time in school & program history with a 2-1 win over visiting #5 Seeded PSU Mont Alto, Wednesday afternoon in Center Valley. With the win, the team will face PSU Brandywine this Saturday at Brandywine.

An own goal shot, assisted by Mohammad Abdalla gave Lehigh Valley an early 1-0 lead. Creyn Muthard had a beautiful direct kick that shot in the back of the goal to give Lehigh Valley a 2-0 lead going into halftime. Mont Alto would try to rally back with a late goal of their own but with Lehigh Valley goalkeeper Trevor Rockwell made some great saves to secure the win.

More information to follow on location and time of PSUAC semi-final game. With a win in the semifinals it will give Lehigh Valley a trip to the PSUAC Championship game.
