WILKES BARRE, PA (Sept. 20, 2016) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Volleyball team improved to 5-3 overall and 3-2 in PSUAC play with a sweep at host PSU Wilkes Barre Tuesday evening. 

Lehigh Valley dominated from opening serve with a 25-11 set one victory. Wilkes Barre would respond with a competitive set two but Lehigh Valley would fire back winning 25-20. Set three would be no different with Lehigh Valley dominating 25-6 to take the match victory. 

Freshman Ebony Sanders had a team-high 8 kills. Freshman Darleenn Altema-Bouzi contributed with 5 kills. Freshman Shellbie Yard recorded 14 assists.

Lehigh Valley will travel to PSU Dubois this Saturday, Sept. 24 for a 2 PM PSUAC showdown.
