Women's Volleyball Drops Conference Match at PSU Scranton

SCRANTON, PA (Oct. 14, 2015) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Volleyball dropped a PSUAC match to Penn State Scranton, 3-1, Wednesday evening in Scranton.

In set one, Scranton took control winning 25-19 but Lehigh Valley would battle back to win set two 25-13 to tie up the match 1-1.  Despite the effort, Lehigh Valley would come up short in set three 25-15 and in set four 25-15. 

Senior Shelley Rosario led Lehigh Valley with a team high 25 digs.  Sophomore Alicia Huber would record 21 digs, 2 kills, 4 assists, 2 blocks and a team high 4 serving aces. Senior Shannon Sanchez chipped in with 19 digs. 

Lehigh Valley will play its final match of the season this Friday night when they travel to Penn State Hazleton for PSUAC play.
