Women's Basketball Improves to 20-3; Clinches #1 Seed in Playoffs with 107-50 Win Over PSU Hazleton
ALLENTOWN, PA (February 20, 2024) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team won their 20th game of the season and clinched the #1 Seed in the East for the upcoming PSUAC playoffs with a 107-50 win over PSU Hazleton Tuesday night at Cedar Crest College.
Twelve players score led by Hillary Offing with a doube double 20 points and 11 rebounds. Naila Newman added 20 points of her own. Sam Columna and Chloe Cassidy added 16 points each.
Lehigh Valley has 1 more regular season game this Friday at PSU Mont Alto for a 6 PM tip-off. PSUAC playoffs begin on Monday, February 26th with the Quarterfinals #1 PSULV WBB vs. #4 PSU Schuylkill at 6 PM at Cedar Crest College.
