SHARON, PA & NEW KENSINGTON, PA (January 14th & January 15th, 2023) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball had themselves a western PA sweep with a 87-76 win over previously unbeaten PSU Shenango and a 105-53 win over PSU New Kensington. With the wins, the team improves to 13-2 and 9-0 in conference play leaving them the only unbeaten team in the PSUAC.  All players scored over the weekend. In the game against Shenango, Jah'nel Oliver led the way with 24 points, Sam Columna with 17 points and Chanelle Lee with 16 points. In the game against New Kensington, Sam Columna poured in a season-high 27 points. Nia Newman added 20 points, Chanelle Lee chipped in with 19 points and Gianna Torretta with 18 points.

Lehigh Valley will take on conference rival PSU Schuylkill this Wednesday at 6 PM at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
