Women's Basketball Splits at Morgan Stanley Tourney by Downing Cedar Crest, 102-51. Kion Andrews Named to the All-Tournament Team.

CENTER VALLEY, PA (Nov. 18, 2018) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team went 1-1 in the Morgan Stanley Tip-Off Tourney at DeSales University by blowing past Cedar Crest College, 102-51, in the Consolation game. Four PSULV players scored in double figures led by junior Ebony Sander who dominated the paint scoring a game-high 27 points and 9 rebounds in just 25 minutes. Freshman Kion Andrews had 23 points and 6 assists and was named to the All-Tournament Team. Freshman Sarah McGee added 11 points and freshman Jah'nel Oliver added 10 points. Every Nittany Lion got in the scoring column. Host DeSales University won the tournament by downing Stevens Institute of Technolgy 84-56 in the Championship game. 

With the win, Lehigh Valley improves to 2-2 on the season and has one more non-conference match-up Tuesday evening at Northampton Community College at 6 PM, before they start up PSUAC Conference play after Thanksgiving.
