Women's Basketball Improves To 6-3 With Win Over PSU Wilkes Barre

SCHNECKSVILLE, PA (Dec. 8, 2017) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team improved to 6-3 overall and 3-1 in PSUAC play with a 80-43 victory over visiting PSU Wilkes Barre Friday night in Schnecksville. 

Lehigh Valley was led by sophomore center Ebony Sanders with 24 points and 10 rebounds. Senior Hannah Bankes added 11 points and freshman Anaya White chipped in with 10 points. Senior Nikita Brady had a game-high 9 assist to go along with 12 rebounds. 

This was Lehigh Valley's final game heading into final exam week. The Lions will pick back up after Christmas when they participate in the Moravian College Roosevelts 21st Christmas Classic on December 30th playing against William Paterson University at Noon.
