Women's Basketball Falls at Kutztown University, 90-55

KUTZTOWN, PA (Nov. 25, 2017) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Women's Basketball team fell to NCAA Division 2 power Kutztown University, 90-55, Saturday afternoon in Kutztown. With the loss, PSU-LV drops to 3-2 on the season. 

Lehigh Valley held the game close up until 2 minutes left in the 1st quarter when Lehigh Valley committed three quick turnovers and Kutztown made back to back three point shots to go on a 12-0 run and never look back from that point. Lehigh Valley had a better second half winning the 4th quarter 23-22. 

Senior Andrea Watkins led the Lions with 15 points. Sophomore Ebony Sanders and senior Nikita Brady chipped in with 12 points a piece. 

Lehigh Valley will enter into PSUAC conference play hosting PSU York this Friday at 6 PM at Cedar Crest College.
