Men's Basketball Cruises Past PSU Scranton, 101-77

ALLENTOWN, PA (Nov. 27, 2018) - Newly appointed Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Basketball Coach, Tom Mosser, earned his first college victory as his Lehigh Valley Nittany Lions downed visiting PSUAC opponentn PSU Scranton, 101-77, Tuesday evening in Allentown.  Coach Mosser who took over the team a little less then 2 weeks ago had his team playing at a high defensive level as they outscored Scranton 54-35 in the 2nd Half to take the first conference victory. 

Senior Jeremiah Jenkins had a career night scoring a career-high 37 points. Four other Lehigh Valley players scored in double figures, Erick Dixon added 15 points, James Middleton added a double double with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Brandon Purrone and Jordan McChristian each chipped in with 10 points.

With the win, Lehigh Valley improves to 2-1 on the season and will host PSU Mont Alto this Saturday for a 3 PM tip-off at Cedar Crest College, admission to home games are free.
