Men's Basketball Wins 4th Straight, Defeats PSU DuBois 90-72

BETHLEHEM, PA (Jan. 14, 2017) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Basketball team won their 4th straight game with a 90-72 victory over visiting PSU DuBois Saturday evening at Stabler Arena during the a Winter White Out promotional event hosted by Penn State Lehigh Valley. With the win, Lehigh Valley improves to 9-5 overall and 4-2 in PSUAC play. 

DuBois held a one point lead 36-35 at halftime but Lehigh Valley scored 55 second half points to take the crucial conference win. Four players scored in double figures led by junior Tarvis Gilbert with 20 points.  Junior Jonathan Buie recorded a double double with 17 points and 10 rebounds. Senior Jordan Young contributed 17 points and sophomore Zach Thomas chipped in with 13 points.

Lehigh Valley will have a quick turnaround when they host visiting PSUAC opponent PSU Scranton on Monday, January 16 at Cedar Crest College for a 8 PM tip-off.
