Men's Basketball Honors Two Seniors against PSU Mont Alto

ALLENTOWN, PA (February 9, 2016) - Despite a 39-38 halftime lead, the Penn State Lehigh Valley men's basketball team could not hold on to drop their final home game to Penn State Mont Alto, 81-67.

Senior Brandon Holland led Lehigh Valley with 20 points. Sophomore DeShawn Oyeniyi contributed 10 points and senior Tyler Krchnavi chipped in with 10 points.

Before the game, two seniors were honored, Brandon Holland and Tyler Krchnavi. Brandon was escorted by his mom, Jennifer. Brandon is a co-captin and has started in every game for PSULV this season, compiling 210 points this season and leading the team in assists. Brandon will graduate Penn State with a Rehab & Human Services degree and hopes to have a career where he can work with troubled children.  

Tyler Krchnavi was escorted by his parents, Bonnie & Paul. Tyler has started in every game for PSULV this season, compiling 148 points on the season and leading the team in rebounding. Tyler will graduate Penn State with a business management degree and has aspirations of owning and operating his own sports-related business.  

The Penn State Lehigh Valley Athletics Department would like to thank Brandon & Tyler for all their hardwork, dedication and committment and wish them the best in the future!!

Lehigh Valley has one more game remaining for this season when they head out to Penn State New Kensington this Saturday for a 3 PM tip-off.
