Men's Basketball Slips At Moravian, 88-64

BETHLEHEM, PA (Dec. 11, 2015) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley men's basketball team comes up short to cross-town opponent Moravian College, 88-64, Friday night in Bethlehem. 

Lehigh Valley kept the first half close, going into intermission down five, 33-28. Senior Brandon Holland opend the second half with a lay-up to pull the Lions within three, 33-30.  Moravian would then respond with a 13-5 run mid-way through the second half and never look back.

Lehigh Valley was led by junior Jordan Young with a career-high 27 points, shooting 10-18 from the field, 2-3 from three, 5-6 at the free throw line.

Lehigh Valley will go into the break feeling optimistic with the start of second semester conference play, taking on Penn State York at Cedar Crest College, part of a Women's and Men's doubleheader on Wednesday, January 6th with the women tipping off at 5 PM and the men at 7 PM.
