Men's Basketball Drops Non-Conference Game at Williamson, 81-66

MEDIA, PA (Nov. 23, 2015) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Basketball dropped a non-conference match-up with Williamson College of the Trades, 81-66, Monday night in Media.

With nine minutes left in the first half, the Lions were trailing only 20-17. The Mechanics went on a huge 20-3 run to close out the half with a 40-20 lead and that proved to be more than enough to keep them ahead the rest of the way in an 81-66 win over the Lions.

Williamson then started off the second half by scoring the first five points and twice stretched their lead to as many as 27 points.  The Lions however would not go away and went on a run of their own and twice cut the lead to 10 points with under four minutes left before Mechanics claimed the win.

The Lions were led by senior Brandon Holland with 20 points including five 3 pointers. Sophomore Edward Sanchez contributed with 20 points. Senior Tyler Krchnavi chipped in with 12 points.

Lehigh Valley won't have much rest as they have a quick turnaround and travel to College of New Rochelle on Tuesday evening to take on 2015 USCAA National Champions Berkeley College (NY) at 8 PM.
