Men's Basketball Picked 8th In PSUAC Preseason Coaches Poll

CENTER VALLEY, PA (Nov. 13, 2015) - The Penn State Lehigh Valley Men's Basketball team was selected to finish 8th out of 13 teams in the PSUAC Preseason Coaches Poll.  The Lions are under first year head coach Mike Decarolis (Temple University '10).  The team returns 8 players from last years squad that finished 9-17 and made it to the first round of PSUAC playoffs under head coach Anthony Ross.

Coach Decarolis will be counting on scoring output from junior Jordan Young (Bethlehem, PA/Freedom High School), senior Brandon Holland (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty High School), sophomore Edward Sanchez (Allentown, PA/Salisbury High School) and senior Tyler Krchnavi (Kintersville, PA/Palisades High School).  Newcomer, Jaevan Dobbins (Bethlehem, PA/Liberty High School), will make an immediate impact for Lehigh Valley as a freshman.

Lehigh Valley tips off the 2015-2016 season Friday night in the Wolf's Bus Lines Classic against host Shippensburg University at 8 PM.  Live stats can be viewed at http://sidearmstats.com/ship/mbball/
